Guest WiFi Terms of Use & Agreement

Welcome to St. James Church! We are happy for visitors to access our WiFi network during services in order to reach the service bulletin and newsletter on personal devices. By utilizing the Guest wireless network during services, you agree to comply with the law, and with the policies of this church.

Terms and Agreement

• By accessing the Guest wireless network, you acknowledge that you’re of legal age, you have read and understood and agree to be bound by this agreement.
• The Guest wireless network is a service provided by Saint James Episcopal Church and is completely at their discretion. Your access to the Guest wireless network may be blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time for any reason.
• You agree not to use the Guest wireless network for any purpose that is unlawful and take full responsibility for your actions.
• You agree not to use the Guest wireless network to access inappropriate websites.
• The Guest wireless network is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

By utilizing the Guest wireless network, you agree to comply with all provisions of this Saint James Episcopal Church Guest Wireless Network Agreement.
